Late Arrivals
If you're running late, please call us as soon as possible. While we will make every effort to accommodate your scheduled services, we cannot guarantee your appointment if your late arrival affects our schedule. You may need to reschedule or receive abbreviated service.
Cancellations & No-Shows
We respectfully request 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Without sufficient notice:
Cancellations within 4 hours of appointment: 50% of service fee will be charged
No-shows: 100% of reserved service fee will be charged
These policies allow us to effectively manage our schedule and accommodate all clients.
SERVICE WARRANTY
We stand by our work with a 7 - 9 days Service Warranty. If you experience any issues:
Gel Polish: We offer complimentary touch up for chipping or peeling.
Acrylic/Dip Nails: We will repair any chipped, lifted, or broken nails within 9 days
Please note: Damage caused by customers after service is not covered under warranty, though we're happy to repair such damage for a fee. Our warranty ensures your satisfaction while encouraging open communication about any concerns.
REFUND POLICY
As per company policy, we do not offer refunds for services rendered.

Medical Conditions
Please notify us of any medical conditions in the notes section when booking. We cannot assume responsibility for incidents that occur after your visit if we were not informed of relevant conditions.

Masks are optional for vaccinated customers
Unvaccinated customers are requested to wear masks
All technicians wear masks during services
